Hard surface flooring can be installed in any room of a home and is increasingly popular, due to ease of maintenance, cleaning, and reduction in dust and allergens.
SPC flooring (Stone Plastic Composite), is a new option similar to WPC (Wood/Plastic Composite) that is more impact resistant, it is great for sun rooms with high heat or cabins with no heat, and it does not expand and contract like other flooring could under these extreme temperature fluctuations. This option is extremely functional, waterproof, a great choice for rooms with extreme temperatures.
